Looking at this ArabicTrader thread he seems to be "inspired" by Waddah Attar who is a long time developer of MT4 EAs but unfortunately all failed EAs. I have not seen any piece of his work to be even decent - all his EAs heading south fast in backtest and live trading.

Analyzing the trades on this live report tells us that he is using the good ol' Mr. Martin.. look at that way he's loading up size.. 0.10, 0.20, 0.40 which is the classical recipe for disaster if you ask me. One of these days this account will be wiped out with 100% certainty.. we simply don't know when. So I would not be too excited about this guy's work until he can produce something meaningful.

Hi,

Personally I know 5 people who are having their account managed by this EA and are members of Igor's forum. All of them are not happy with the results so far since the EA changes frequently when it encounters losses. This EA trades Asia and it is coded to take advantage of news events that happen during Asia. My personal view is that it is not a good EA to waste time on. If it had a good concept - it would not hide in Asia and should be able to deal with London and NY moves fine. Obviously not. One thing is if you have VS_EuroCross trading the same pairs you will see similar trades but VS is a much much better performer.

The DC EA can mislead one to believe it is a profitable EA but in reality it is a very poor performer. The reason it appears to do well is that the backtests are run with no SL. If you run them with even a 300 pip SL, you will see how nicely it crashes the account. Also for more proof if you run a backtest of the latest version 1.02 with the "timeout" option enabled you will see that it also kills the account very fast.

Reason being is that it holds the trades that have not reached TP yet and these trades get it in trouble. Hardly worth even a second look IMHO.. even with the news filter it cannot be turned into a profitable EA. I think a lot of people discovered this very quickly already.

Alpari UK MT4 has GMT +1 therefore you need the GBP EA to be set to 23 and 1 and the CHF EA 24 to 3. Original times are 22 - 24 for GBP and 23 - 2 for CHF.

The GBP EA will not trade at ECN unless you set the SL and TP to 0. It was not coded for ECN it seems. The CHF EA will trade ECN by default since it sends the initial SL and TP as 0. If someone runs a backtest on both could you post your set files? :shand:

I know there is one free MT4 to DukasCopy trade copier out there (the one on the Dukas website) but it is very slow and not usable with a fast scalping EA. A better alternative is the FAPTradeConvertor and Account Monitor which is professional speed. I have attached a version of it with the PDF manual but the java jForex strategy plugin needs a clickbank receipt to run. I recommend to use the FAPTradeConvertor to send MT4 trades to DukasCopy instead of the free one. It works for any orders generated by the EA not just FAPTurbo. Does anyone have a cracked version? I don't have a JAVA decompiler yet to crack this one.

Reason that it might work is that the EURGBP has been skyrocketing during this time so there is large deviation between EUR and GBP prices. EURUSD is going up and GBPUSD is mostly sideways. Only if this continues, this EA will also continue to work.

Oh MY GOD! Did I just see this or I am dreaming? Looks like the developer is a thief like Mr. ForexShocker himself.. they must have gone to the same crooked programming school. He optimized the EA for all the past time periods!!! How much more dirty and low can he get huh?

Well said. The web forum guy can trade it for himself and make the 99 euros in no time - time and time again.. 10 pips should not be that difficult to make right? But instead he relies for income from the membership fees.. that says the entire story I think. ISEA, Caspian, DragonPips and the list goes on.. they are all scams and I think anybody here realizes this after a while.

It seems that this EA is nothing than a big scam. A guy by the username of Sentaco is posting these fake results to get people to subscribe to his forum for 99 euros. You can get more info on the scam here:

Who is the owner of this EA? I see it posted on some service that one needs to subscribe for 99 Euros. It is absolutely insane to post a statement trading 10k lots.. I mean who would trade it realistically with such a large lot size? Maybe this is just a bait to make people subscribe to this blog.

This EA looks really good since the author seems to claim the indicator does not repaint. Seems like he is not selling the EA but he sells the indicators that may have been used to program the EA for $98. It would be nice to be able to take a look at the indicators if someone is willing to share.

They were offering a trial for $25 but stopped. Maybe somebody got it while the trial was offered and would care to post it. The reports looks good but it has hints of Martindale as it sometimes loads up on positions in negative trades and exits those at the same price when the market retraces. Worth to backtest and perhaps forward test. Thanks in advance.

It does indeed perform very well during that period (18.03-19.04 I believe), yet unfortunately it's the only such period, which leads me to the conclusion that its profitability during that month was caused by a lot of curve fitting. Testing it on the months before that and after that leads to rather poor results, even though it is profitable in some cases.

You are right birt. It is highly curve fitted and when it extends past this period it performs poorly. The author "Yanin" is a very talented programmer but he has a history of producing curve fitted EAs which look good in backtest so he can sell them. Good marketing I suppose but not good for the user.

I am experimenting some with my own version of a Nitro EA and I was wondering if someone got the latest update of the S-Renko script. I read on the FF C4 forum that a new version is out with Anchor capability. If someone would share that would be greatly appreciated.

can't let it work... not sure why... I was able to make only 1 backtest on 4 digit broker and it blows the account afhter a few days.

the other backtests didn't even mate a trade...

Same result here. I backtested it on Broco (4 digits) from 01-2009 and it blew the account after 1 month! Seems to be optimized for the broker that the developer did the backtest and for the short period that the used for backtesting. Too bad since woodies is a solid concept.

Look at the Largest Winning trade and Largest lossing trade. Also, consecutive wins are 23600$ and one loss is 20000$! I have short word for this - crap! =))
