Bug fixed in custom cycle not working in Composite module. The fixes are available in the first post. Copy the fix to the installed folder and it will work for Terra. Same is true if you are using only the Advanced version. Sorry, I have no idea what's wrong. I am too from India only and mega links are not barred. See what is the error, 404 page not found or something else? I will suggest to keep on sharing every release (as much as possible), so bugs will get resolved faster for us. Its not like major releases don't have bugs, in reality they have more and thats why developer release minor changes to fix number of bugs as they encounter.
