- edited host file

- copied the tsServer.exe to the multichart folder

- closed down skype, teamviewer, chrome etc

- run the emulator

- opened MC

Hi arucard88;

I believe that other software in your PC take a Port 80. For example any soft that login to your web site for actualization the program or data base. I did not have problem with the antivirus.

Thanks for your reply!

Today I did the whole process again and noticed I had similar lines in the hosts from the MC Beta 6 version I had installed earlier (127.0.0.1 mcauth.com 127.0.0.1 mcauth1.com & 127.0.0.1 mcauth2.com) these were probably creating a conflict with the newer ones as the authentication process did work this time :)

Hi newmoon;

I believe that tsserver.exe in this thread, it is the same than for MC 8.0 version; MC 8.5 wasn´t cracked. I don´t know if the tsserver.exe for MC 8.0 work in MC 8.5 (some said no).

Hi FX_SuperTrader, thanks for your answer.

If you have the ability to recharge the crack try if it works with MC8.5,

otherwise will install the MC8.

Hi guys,

Please bear with me for a moment considering Multicharts 8 issue...as far as I can see there is a working solution for Multicharts.NET 8.0.5620 (32bit) and Multicharts.NET 8.0.5622 (64bit) including tsserver and emulator. Considering that from multicharts site at the moment one can only download later versions I would truly appreciate if someone could upload above mentioned setup file that are compatible with solution provided in this thread via MC.rar file.

Please upload if possible setup files:

32bit multicharts.net.8.0.5620.exe

64bit multicharts.net.8.0.5622.exe

that can be used with currently available emulator.

Also, I'm wondering if anyone has an access to working PowerLanguage based multichart 8 version.

Thank you a bunch.

All you need is here the latest non-beta MC/MC.Net/x86/x64 and latest Emu! please take you time and read the instructions and they all match versions!

I just tried them all and all works fine on a live account and no issues!

Hi Kishisaki

Sorry for my ****** question. What is the difference between normal version and .net version ? Which version should I download ?

The way i see it, .NET version is for programmers that want to program indicators and strategies with integrated .NET Framework in Visual Studio VB.NET and C#, instead of PowerLanguage.

*EDIT* Official MultiCharts Statement:

Main difference in MultiCharts .NET from regular MultiCharts is the ability to develop in .NET languages, such as C# and VB.NET. Any IDE can be used to create scripts, from the built-in editor to Notepad++. A very tight integration with Visual Studio makes that IDE a perfect choice.

Here are a few features in MultiCharts .NET unavailable in regular MultiCharts:

1) Access all data from Scripts, for instruments that are not even charted.

2) Create custom toolbars.

3) Draw objects using GDI.

4) Access to all information in Order and Position Tracker from scripts.

Hi Kishisaki,

Truly appreciate your effort and reply.

I have seen this thread post with link for emulator but at this time couldn't get my hands on 2MC.rar file but instead only MC.rar which had solution for only .NET version.

Anyway, thank you for posting the link and pointing me in the right direction.

Much obliged.

No problem any time, all the links for 2MC posted by Bucast #148 are working as of now, look closely.

Hi kishisaki,

Downloaded everything. Installed according to Instruction.txt , double checked that I'm using appropriate version, followed instruction down to the T...BUT while launching Multicharts 8.0.5620 x32 there is still "The connection to the digital rights management system cannot be established. Multicharts will be launched without authorization. No real-time data will be available." message. Once MC is up, entering registration details is not have an influence. MC stays unauthorized.

I did have previously installed evaluation copy through free-trial from multicharts.com

Could this somehow influence authorization process? Before installing latest solution I de-installed older version.

Used fport utility to check port 80 and it is free before launching emulator. After emulator is launched it is using port 80.

I'd truly appreciate if anyone has input about possible solution to this issue.

Thank you.
