The RoboForex Company won the "Best Retail Forex Broker" award

On September 13th and 14th, 2013, Shenzhen, China, hosted "Online Trading Expo", the third annual international exhibition, which is considered to be one of the largest and most influential Asian Financial Forums. This year, the RoboForex Company was a participant and a Silver sponsor of the event.

The results of the exhibition confirmed that Asia is the prospective and fastest growing region in the area of trading. Suffice to say that more than 25 thousand people have visited the exhibition over two days, which is much more than last year.

The organizers prepared a highly topical program for the visitors of the exhibition. More than 30 experts in different areas of trading taught master classes on various topics, from the peculiarities of risk management to the ways of choosing more profitable trading strategy. There took place a lot of fierce disputes and interesting round table discussions about market development in the future in Asia and worldwide.

More than 50 high profile financial companies took part in the exhibition and presented their best services to the visitors. The stand of the RoboForex Company was very popular during the whole course of exhibition. Changes in trading schedule on Metals

Dear Clients!

We’re informing you that due to the public holiday in the USA, Labor Day, XAUUSD and XAGUSD will not be available for trading on September 2nd, 2013.

XAUUSD & XAGUSD will be traded according to the following schedule:

September 2nd, 2013 - no trading
September 3rd, 2013 - trading starts at 10 a.m. server time

Starting September 3rd, 2013, the above-mentioned instruments will be available for trading as usual. Please, take into account these changes in schedule when planning your trading activity.

Changes in trading conditions

Dear Clients and Partners!

Please note, that in order to improve our trading conditions and decrease the risks for our clients, starting August 15th, 2013, at 12 a.m. (server time), we introduce the following new rules of order execution:

1. Buy Stop and Sell Stop orders with Take Profit will be deleted in case of a price gap, in which the first price triggers the stop order execution, as well as Take Profit inside these orders.

2. Buy Limit, Sell Limit, and Take Profit orders will be executed either at the exact price you set or more favorable price (positive slippage), in case such prices exist in the market at the moment of order execution.

The above-mentioned changes are introduced in sections 11.10, 11.11, 11.12 of the Client Agreement.

Please, take into consideration these new rules when planning trading activity.

Updated time of close of trading session

Dear Clients and Partners!

Due to the low liquidity received from liquidity providers at the end of trading session on Fridays, the RoboForex Company has made a decision to decrease trading session by 1 minute. Starting from July 26th, 2013, trading session on Fridays will close at 11:58:59 p.m., the same time it closes on other working days during the week.

Information concerning MetaTrader4 terminal

Dear Clients and Partners!

MetaTrader4 developers are informing the users that from August 1st, 2013, MT4 Client Terminals and MultiTerminals, which are older than build 500, will no longer be supported. However, this restriction does not apply to the mobile versions of the platforms.

Updates are the result of hard work, performed by the software developers in order to improve the terminals’ functional capabilities, which may help traders to increase their trading experience. We recommend you to check for updates on a regular basis, so that you could use the entire potential of MT4 terminal in your trading activity.

In order to avoid any inconveniences, we recommend you to download and install the latest build of the RoboForex MetaTrader4 terminal right now.
