Investfox Posted February 1, 2023 Report Posted February 1, 2023 The biggest difference between real and demo trading is that the latter does not affect your feelings and emotions at all. You are using virtual money which you can spend without worrying about anything, so it is more of a training for a real thing. As soon as you switch to trading with real money, then you start getting anxious and try to make decisions very carefully.
NicholaCarew Posted July 31, 2023 Report Posted July 31, 2023 If you are a beginner in forex, it is best to use a demo account rather than live trading because demo trading has no risks involved, whereas live trading is risky when traded without proper knowledge, skills, or experience.
samesheet Posted September 6, 2023 Report Posted September 6, 2023 In my view you should spend not less than 3 months on demo account to make sure you understand thoroughly how trading platform works.
CryptoFluxor Posted yesterday at 08:35 AM Report Posted yesterday at 08:35 AM A demo account is best for learning forex trading without financial risk. It helps traders understand market movements, test strategies, and gain confidence. A live account involves real money and emotional pressure. Beginners should start with a demo and switch to live trading only after consistent practice.
hhduy Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago (edited) A demo account is a safe place to learn. However, many traders win on demo but lose on live accounts. This happens because emotions are very important in trading. A demo account cannot teach you how to control your mind. It only teaches you the technical parts. Edited 1 hour ago by hhduy
