Expect huge drawdowns if you do, backtest speaks for itself. This EA is something you can fire up on a strong trend - in trend direction - , and stop it after it took its profit. So yes, trend is the biggest question here. I know for a fact that you can't measure trend on any one single TF (at least not indefinitely) without using all of the TF's together as a group.
