    Don't expect this EA can make us become millionaire? I think this Primus EA worth to look for it

    [/quote:itzamdjb]

    Looks very good! Why not make a separate thread to [req] request it from somebody who is willing to share? This one appears that it is not broker 1-2 pip spread dependent.

    Best wishes

    Editing my own post. Somebody posed the [req] thread already!

  2. Re: [Req] ISEA (Investiva Super Expert Advisor)

    Looks like empty promises afterall and waste of time to wait for the "buyer" to post it. I mean how long does it take to get it? Just for the sake to explore different avenues, can an Indonesian speaking member contact this seller on TradeBit that sells ISEA for $50 and ask if this is the original one? It seems that he is selling it but in the archive I see "Maybe...ISEA.zip. I mean $50 is better than $1000 right?

    For the moderator: please leave this link here since it is not in direct conflict with the board's rules.

    Good luck!

  3. Re: [Req] ISEA (Investiva Super Expert Advisor)

    I saw the logic written on post nr 13, therefore I copied there. I just understand what it is written there, same as you.

    Guys, focus on get the original ISEA. We are in the page nr 18! still not get the hard expected ISEA. Anyone get it from awanks inbox? please share. many thanks.

    Yes please share this EA. Please bo so kind, even when you have "the clone" of this EA it will be great to see the code and to understand the strategy it uses.

    Please focus your efforts on the real thing.. forget the clone. Not worth the development time and effort since we don't even have a broker that will accept the trades. Even if it makes 1000% profit a day, can you be sure it is same as original? Sooner or later someone who bought it will realize that sharing it makes more sense since we can all help to adapt it to make higher pips, therefore it will be beneficial to the purchaser as well.

  4. Re: (sharing) Victory EA - nice performance!

    Hello,

    The pics are a snapshot of backtests I just ran today. The backtests run only on H1 timeframe, default settings. Nothing has been optimized. There is no optimization needed or possible for that matter. Just run your backtests/forward tests on the pairs I enumerated earlier.

    Backtest totally different than fxknight, Wrong EA??!!! Are you sure this is the EA?!!!

    Yes this is the correct EA. I simply did not run my backtests all the way to the present. Re-optimization will resolve this issue and make the EA as profitable as it once was.

    Really nice work on the backtests. Only one conclusion can be drawn from everybody running into not so great results with the backtests. As I said, I have not used the EA for a couple of years. Therefore, its parameters have fallen out of phase with the market during this time. What needs to be done now is to make the following parameters external and optimize:

    gi_104 = 1;

    gi_108 = 44;

    gd_136 = 0.1;

    gi_144 = 70;

    gi_112 = 20;

    gi_116 = 4;

    gi_120 = 4;

    gi_124 = 1;

    gi_132 = 5;

    For sure the EA can have the same good performance as it had in the past after a bit of optimization. When we start to see sideways profit performance, it means that re-optimization must take place. I will make the necessary variables to be optimized external and repost it for optimization.

    im just running some of my own tests atm, i will look to have a go of it next break i get.

    those backtest pictures with your files, what time period are they over? are they optimised? or just there for demonstration?

    edit: thank you very much. great service to all members.

  7. Re: (sharing) Victory EA - nice performance!

    I fixed the Error 130 for most part, but I still get it when running the EURCAD. This must be a MT4 backtest bug since I checked all the limit prices, SL and TP and they are calculated ok. If you still get the error, let me know what broker and what is your ModeStopLevel when backtesting.

  8. Re: (sharing) Victory EA - nice performance!

    you are a very kind man fxknight.

    as id say - gentleman and a scholar.

    i am getting order send 130 and invalid stop error 130 - seemingly either the orders are too close to the market price - or the price of the stops is not calculating properly.

    anyone have any ideas?

    Hi,

    If someone can do the check for Ask, Bid price for MODE_STOP_LEVEL and MODE_FREEZELEVEL before calling OrderSend() this would fix the issue. I am working on this as well. In the meantime, pls backtest with pairs with lower spread.. this error should not happen.

  9. Re: (sharing) Victory EA - nice performance!

    In back tests I have error 130 all the time

    Yes this is true on EURCAD which has high spread. The author made few omissions when he coded it. He did not check MODE_STOP_LEVEL and MODE_FREEZELEVEL. All EA that do not account for this will have the 130 error when calling OrderSend(). I will try to fix and post it soon.

  10. Re: [Req] ISEA (Investiva Super Expert Advisor)

    I also will pay a part in ISEA. Can anybody send me a mail.... :shand:

    I think all of us interested in this EA will contribute not only financially but also conceptually to make it tradable beyond the expected 1-2 EURCHF and EURGBP spread. We are all waiting for some good news from drforex007 once he gets the EA. Hopefully soon..

  11. Re: (sharing) Victory EA - nice performance!

    Thanks fxknight, I'd took a look at the code..

    uhhmm...if u had made about $700/month with lot 0.20,

    if $0.2/pips, so total pips are about 3500 pips/month?

    Am I correct or not, bro fxknight?

    please let us know, how many pips/mon about?

    sorry for my bad question.

    Sounds about right, but of course it is dependent of the traded pair. Some pairs have higher pip values than others. Remember "past performance does not equal future results" as the disclaimer correctly states. So no matter what was done with it in the past - it needs to be evaluated for the present and each trader needs to make his/her own decision whether to trade it or not and most importantly what lotsize, what pairs etc. Just because it has been profitable in the past it does not mean it will give the same results for tomorrow, next week etc. It simply means it is a good concept and it stands a good chance of continuing to be profitable that's all.

  12. Re: (sharing) Victory EA - nice performance!

    Thanks bro fxknight.. :shand:

    I hope I can make more pips here...

    btw, do u have the manual?

    any suggestions for trading time?

    Hello,

    All your questions are answered by looking at the code.

    1. There is no manual. The author did not supply one. He was very secretive of the concept.

    2. All trading times are taken care of internally. The EA has a Start/End trading time for each of the pairs. He must have optimized them at the time but I do not see that drastic of a difference between pairs by looking at the code.

    3. Concept is nothing like the BS EAs (FAPTurbo, Forex AutoCash, Your_Lucky etc.). These EA's win 20 small trades in a row and give it back on the 21st trade. This is nothing like that concept.

  13. Re: (sharing) Victory EA - nice performance!

    would you mind describing the average monthly ROI and DD when you used this system?

    I was trading minis (0.20 lots) on a $2500 account with 5 pairs under Victory EA. Return was ~$700-800 at the end of the month. Best is to run backtests and get the stats for yourself. Also I recommend to forward test an account with 4-7 pairs on H1 timeframe and observe it for a while.

  14. Hi,

    I have purchased this EA from a russian developer a couple of years ago and traded it for 6 months with real money at IBFX. I made good money with it, but the developer decided to take a permanent vacation and I could not continue trading it since it was account number dependent and had a time expiry as well. He was charging $195 per account with 6 months trading time. I recently found the .ex4 and decompiled it removing all restrictions. I am posting it for you guys to evaluate it, run backtests, forward tests and also make possible improvements.

    It is a good performer and what I like about it is that it uses no tricks like needing small spreads, uses reasonable SL/TP and has good win to lose ratio.

    It is designed to run on USDJPY, GBPUSD, EURUSD, AUDUSD, USDCAD, EURJPY, GBPJPY, CHFJPY, GBPCHF and EURCAD on H1 timeframe. I ran backtests from 01-Jan-2005 til present and so far I get good results. For any questions, please look at the source code since you can answer most questions this way.

    Please share your results and improvements.

    Good luck!

  15. Re: [Req] ISEA (Investiva Super Expert Advisor)

    I tried to make the EA, no one to check it and help me? I hade "order sending errro 130". Or you guys just want to wait for Awanks code?

    download the EA here.

    http://www.formulatrader.com/download/ISEAlikev1.mq4

    I recommend to wait for the original EA. No matter what, you cannot be sure the concept has been duplicated 100%. If we don't get the original code in a reasonable amount of time, then there is no choice but to try to dupe it as best that we can.

  16. Re: Automated Forex Grail (sharing)

    another one like megadroid that trades during the early morning session (between US and tokyo).

    Yes you are right. Are your backtest results better than Megadroid on EURUSD M15? I get not as good here, but then again this does not have the DLL so it can be improved at will.. Maybe worth looking into ;)

  17. Re: [REQ]M5G Cyborg Robot

    Backtests don't mean anything. They are nextdoor to useless. Backtest results vary wildly from one Broker to another Broker. There are also many instances where an EA is not set up to be backtested. All these EA's with a hard sales pitch showing incredible backtest results will very very rarely stand up to proper scrutiny.

    The only way to determine profitabilty of any EA is through forward testing.

    it depends how the system operates.

    i have systems that trade very similar to how they backtest.

    i have some that are nothing like it.

    As long as you get 90% modelling quality your EA backtest should be 99% identical to real trading. The exception is an EA that relies on low spreads (such as ISEA) when the backtest will not match at all since MT4 backtest engine issues its own spread during backtest and this cannot be changed. As long as your EA can handle the backtest spread and the modelling quality is high, you can trust the backtest.

  18. Re: Hi-Net Grid EA-NEEDS DECOMPILE

    Be very careful with this EA. It keeps loading up with some serious lotsizes even starting at 0.01 and marginally avoids trouble most of the time. Few times however, if you run it on EURCHF M5 (can be any pair) from 2005 til current - it blows the account. Apply caution ;)

  19. Re: [Req] ISEA (Investiva Super Expert Advisor)

    i think it's still in beta. I am using Mt4 bridge to link with MBT and others.

    Hi,

    I recommend to use SparenFX who has FCStone, Lava, Currenex under the same platform. Also FXCM offers Currenex but not under MT4. You need to open an account for their direct feed and use either HyperTrader or Strategy Runner to send your execution to their Currenex feed. It works really good this way. Avoind the FXCM MT4.. it is crap and has wide spreads.

  20. Re: [Req] ISEA (Investiva Super Expert Advisor)

    I am in the process of getting the EA. Once it's received I will post it here. Donation is not required but more than welcome.

    It would be interesting to see how the EA works under MB Trading, and other currenex brokers.

    You have my full support in making whatever necessary adaptations of the code in order to make it tradable at different brokers. If there is a way to make it profitable at most brokers, I am 100% confident we will find it. Also pls PM me or post your Paypal account so we may make donations to help cover the cost of the EA.

    Best wishes

  21. Re: [Req] ISEA (Investiva Super Expert Advisor)

    Soory guys...I would love to buy it and get some lilttle contribution..but know my budget is strictly limited cause i have to work with another loss in the previous day...I got loss $500 with oan System and still on the process to recovery it....

    Anyway I have checked the address of the seller in My country Indonesia i can't find the address on the google map..but i know the location listed there Sawahlunto, Sumater Barat, but no more detail from map google....i can not check it to cause the location is too far from where i live about 2000 Kilometres from my place in the end of sumatera (Atjeh)....

    Anyway...may this information could usefull...

    If someone wants to buy it and decides to accept contributions from members you can let us know your Paypal and all of us can send donations to recoup the cost of the EA. I think this might be the best and fastest approach. Of course the EA needs to be shared with the community so that we all benefit as the moderator stated. We might want to buy just the ISEA for $500 first just to see how everything goes then we can get the other if things look ok after the initial testing.

    Regards
