You have to reset the license check error by modifying the registry. 

Block the outbound access, fix the registry as per the link given by @Atomo12345 and then retry again.

Finally, it is working now

I just followed the below instruction

 Delete also the folder below:

"HKEYCURRENT USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Explorer\CLSID\{949ECF34-5756-4b9c-9692-2decAA8b91a2}

If you use Amiquote the software goes again unregistered. It used the connection to Amiquote to check the correct program registration.

So you must again modify the register.

AB 7PRO is working well and runs without any license errors. However, AmiQuote still limits my downloads to 10 items, even though I replaced the executable and registry keys with the cracked release courteously shared by Atomo. I thought the hosts file might be the issue, but AB works regardless of those modifications. What could be causing this limitation ?

@Atomo12345 Would it be possible to obtain the 32-bit Amibroker 7.00.1 setup as well from your sources?

This is necessary for a few 32bit only plugins that are being used.

You can use Amibroker 6.35.1 32bit.

This platform is unusual; let's just say the EOD part is basically zero-cost (referring to the cracked version, obviously), while for the Real-Time side,  you have to rely on expensive providers like IQFeed or IB.

There doesn't seem to be an option—or at least I'm not aware of one—to get everything for free, like you can with Rithmic or similar feeds for NinjaTrader.

some how beoz of hosts being blocked it is not going ahead.
but the whole purpose of blocking the hosts is to stop the communication.
What shall i Do now ?

Simply delete the changes in the the file hosts and then after downloaded the VC_2019_2017 modify it again.
I don't know if the block of 127.0.0.1
is needed with this new version of Amibroker.
