Is it possible that attached files can be accessed by members with VIP status only? I checked through the previous posts and seems those who can't access the attached files are non VIP. Perhaps the Admins can confirm this.

To download it, I just had to click on the link. Perhaps the reason why some people can't download it is, as RichardGere wrote, that only VIPs can download it,  or that this Site blocks downloads after a certain number of downloads.:

Larry's gold forecast looks pretty bad, doesn't it? I simply can't imagine that gold is supposed to fall from now until the end of 2028 (Long-Term Gold Cycle, page 71).😦
