Simply jump to the newer version mate. I don't see any issues doing so. If you are kind of skeptical then take a backup of the database as well as the old AmiBroker installation directory and then upgrade. Here are the steps briefly. 1. Install 32-bit AmiBroker using the setup file 2. Block the app from calling back home using the text shown in the above post 3. Replace the binaries in the installed folder with the ones from the crack folder. You should be good to go. Seems like there is some protection which is preventing people from sharing just the installers.
