This has nothing to do with trading, those are core exercises. This is very good for people like us who stay seated on a chair several hours per day, prevents lower back pain/problems. I was able to find a DVD set that have daily workouts in video format, problem is that the links are for premium users only of rapidgator or nitroflare, and the uploadgig links, even though you can download for free, the speed is so slow that it takes hours to download, it would not be a problem if you could resume the downloads in jdownloader for this service, but you can´t.
