Ninjatrader 7 or 8

Hi

 

I would like to ask for the use of ninjatrader 7 or 8 depending on your strategies. There 2 facts that I think that are the most remarkable for each one:

- Ninja trader 7: Many indicators and educated software, but lack of bidask without tools such as gomi.

- ninjatrader 8: implicit bidask, but software still in developing level, so there aren´t much tools yet.

 

Please correct me it there is any mistake in the approach.

 

It would be very helpful if hardware requirements detected for each one were included.

Definitely NT7

If you already have a strong method with a good risk and money management you can avoid ninjatrader them self and choice a professional platform like X-trader

If not, stay in NT7 because it allowed you to improve your strategy, and to test many " free / educated " indicators

Trading is not easy, and at the final all depend in your good / bad decision to enter in the market not in the platform of trading

Eventually NT 7 will get the same status as NT6.5 : obsolete.

So either go with NT8 or switch to another platform.

Yes, of course: NT 7 can still be used for a while but it is not something to build your future upon.

As a trader one must adapt all the time to the environment (market, politics, technology, home-issues etc).

8 of course! multithreaded, latest technology. don't trust 7 and edus, VERY VERY slow.

ninja 7 the best for me a use it many years now any problem , a never use 8 a thinks , problem coding indicator no many , slow update , ninja 7 it a good product .
