The file you posted is a protected ex4. The decompiler I have won't do it. If you can get it decompiled and post it here I will educate it for you. The cheapest service I know for this is http://www.ex4tomq4.net/ they will only charge you $3 per file IF they can decompile it. If they can't then you don't pay. Throw it in you indicator folder and reboot mt4 and when you throw it on a chart it will get compiled. There is no expiration on that file I could see.
