We sometimes leave them to run till the trade is going in our direction and sometimes we close all positions, it totally depends on the market." in my mind that is not answer different than: if the basket is negative - it is your risk/decision what to do and how that may be implemented in an EA? what must the EA does when the end of time span comes? eventually it may be good for backtests... but we all know that market changes... Without trading times you'll experience serious inconvenience and won't be able to run backtest properly, but without stop loss you'll simply lose your money. And customers are supposed to pay money for their incomplete piece of junk... Sure, they will sell you a car without wheels now and a set of wheels later... makes lots of sense... Stormin_Norman Posted August 26, 2010 Report Share Posted August 26, 2010 this is REALLY poor coding. this EA is going to crash A LOT of accounts. the take profit is in dollars, not pips. and they dont explain that you need to keep the ratio of lot size to take profit. strmec when you add in the time filter, can you also change the take profit to pips rather than dollars.
