He is describing a breakout system much like trading the news. I just had a short look at it and it should be doable to figure it out completely. Though at first glance it didn't really motivate me to put that much time in it. Getting the original version in German would definitely simplify it. I can't understand why he only used an online translator. Even basic school English would have been better. In my opinion he shouldn't sell that guide in English, although he seems to be a real trader and not just one of those 'professional' system sellers.
