CME Reduces Tick Size of EUR/USD Futures

Effective Sunday, January 10th, the minimum price increment for the CME’s standard-size EUR/USD futures (6E) will be reduced from 1-pip ($12.50 per contract) to 1/2-pip ($6.25 per contract). The shift to half ticks is expected to provide more actionable liquidity.

As a result of this change, users of NinjaTrader will need to update their tick sizes to receive accurate quotes and ensure consistent execution prices. Included below are instructions to make the required changes along with a quick video tutorial reviewing the process.

Hi guys. I was wondering if this system could be educated. They measure all the underlying force behind the market noise, and once filtered they show you the results in their indicators. You should test their indicators to see how accurate they can be. I find their signals are measured rather long term where they show you the buying and selling cycles and their arrow signals.

TB, I'm afraid this drug crazed teenager is going to reinvent himself many more times here before he finally gives up, so don't take your eyes of this thread for awhile. You're working overtime on this nutjob.

No doubt he will attempt multiple reinvents, including masking his IP.

As @admis pointed out previously, this demented little lad is a script kiddie (I liked the skiddie reference...!) who requires approval for his very bruised ego and primitive skills. Since he has openly threatened a DDOS attack and a back door hack to the database I expect that the SysOp for I-I should button everything down further and be on the look out.

Hi Tradernate...I try to match with OHLC and different pivots with is level...but they do not match...because he sends his level 8:00AM EST...then his level probably will be Euro IB or fibs as you suggested

Two of the things I perceive that are used for levels are Previous Day Fibs and the Murrey Math Levels...they always are exact or within a few ticks of his printed levels.

@sinox...to get to the strategies that you have downloaded, you click on the ChartTrader icon to disable that function and the Strategies icon will activate. Proceed (with caution) from there on to your desired strategy...

I've converted file (post #9 by orfila) in zip file and imported in NT. I got these 4 inds: (Phoenix FX-Radar; Power; Sentiment; FX- Radar-all; Volume).

 

In the original file (post #7) I see 2 audio file and 2 template. I've put this file in C:/Programfile/NT/sounds and C:/doc/NT/template/charts. Due to so an error/alert I cannot open the template.

 

Any help or there is a tutorial for this issue ?

laser...those 2 xml files are Market Analyzer templates. Remove them from the .../templates/Chart folder and place them into the .../templates/MarketAnalyzer folder

Globex systems to maintain effective time accuracy. On Tuesday, June 30

(trade date Wednesday, July 1), a positive leap second will be added

after 18:59:59 Central Time (CT). A leap second is a one-second

adjustment that is added to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) to account

for variability of the earth’s rotation.

To facilitate the Leap Second change and prevent any issues on CME Globex

systems, all CME Globex products will have a delayed open at 7:45pm CST

(Chicago), 7:30pm CST (Chicago) Pre-open, on Tuesday, June 30 (trade date

Wednesday, July 1). If a CME Globex product’s regularly scheduled open

is post 7:45pm CST, then that product will open regularly as scheduled.

This is a ONE-DAY impact - TONIGHT only, that will cause ALL CME evening

market openings to be delayed until 7:45 pm CST!

This will ONLY impact those traders that intend to be active in the first

few hours of evening trading, tonight!

All market PRE-openings will be delayed until 7:30 pm CST, with ALL

markets opening for trading at 7:45 pm CST.

@yamantaka's comment may sound harsh unless you have looked up this bloke David. The chap is clearly unhinged and as a result would be unreliable in my opinion. He has had other ventures about breaking code in poker, casino games, etc...who knows, maybe even dating?!

I attempted to sit in on his trading sessions in previous times and if "The Code" exists it is only in his mind as he is not able to clearly articulate what he is looking for as a trade setup. Perhaps the actual paid-for videos are different but after watching/reading him, I would doubt it. His previous youtube channels have been taken down where he has ongoing rants about the multiple conspiracies to shut him down. They were entertaining in a disturbing way.

I'm interested in J@y Sign@l after I went to his trading room to test it, and I found the EDU on this forum. Thanks you for that!

 

But i'm also interested in the specific indicator that he uses on his "Bl@ck Ch@rt". J@Y says that it is a "market profile", but i am not sure that it is a real m@rket profile indicator, or a kind of Pivot indicator.

 

The special thing with his indicator on the "bl@ck ch@rt" is that it updates every hour, during the WTI crude oil opening hours (ET 8:00-17:15). I searched for some market profile indicators, but I never found one which would have a parameter to change every hour. I have to dig in the direction of Pivot indicators too...

 

Did someone else go on the trading room and have more information about this particular indicator?

Do you have any screen shots you can post of his new "Bl@ck Ch@rt". In the past the black background charts have been TradeStation 5M charts for the "tone" (as he would call it)...has he come up with some new additional MP?

In the past J@y has said that he was working "with" Peter Steidlmayer on a new version of MP, but I seriously doubt that Mr S would align himself with W1r3man...

Anyone know? I don't have the patience anymore to listen to J@y...

For some reason the link posted shows a space in it...remove the space and you will see the analysis. Of the 9 AV programs that reported issues, I pay attention when AVAST, Comodo and TrendMicro report showing potential threat.

@vit007 it may be that the educated .exe file in the folder is throwing a false positive. I remember a member pointing out that potential previously on another educated work that came from "outside" the I-I community.

The "code breaking" aspect of NT8 is the biggest concern I have. I will likely hang on to NT7 until the end and beyond. I have a stable trading platform and plan as it is currently, without the need to "upgrade" to NT8. As I understand it NT will not "phase out" NT7 for the foreseeable future.
