Barring few indicators (?) , is there any big difference between version 6 and version 7 of Dynamic Trader. One of the major feature what they claim in version 7 is something about Gann price Time square, which was already there in Version 6.

local data is not the same as its previous format that now called legacy and you cannot download legacy only local data.

The Good news is that Metastock (since version 11) is back with idea to allow their user to have their own local data, which was stopped since Version 11, and customers were forced to subscribe to their data services while other vendors have moved fast allowing the flexibility to use data of customer choice, MS felt like lagged behind (possible reason) !!!

Now, With latest version - Metastock XV, there is an option to use it Offline, with Local Data, here is the video

i think you can load metastock data offline . there are an option in data setup yahoo/ASCII/metastock offline data. i have checked yahoo data & ascii data working good but i have metastock data

No, I can add the symbol in data manager, but when it comes to plotting/loading of chart, it just hangs, and crashes, and this is with many users. If you can enlighten us about some trick, it would be highly appreciated.
