first,i want to say ,my english is poor,so maybe sometimes ,I can't convey my meaning very clearly.but i want to try,because i really have problem with a hedge ea.

Anyone login the account,you will find this is a hedge ea,but it has a lot of differences.

I sum up the points:

1.The distance of adding orders are not regular. it has diffient distance every time.

2.Also,The lots of adding orders are not regular.The general hedge ea has Fixed lots,such as 0.1 0.2 0.4 0.8 1.6 3.2.......so on,but this one often does 0.01 0.02 0.03 0.04 0.12 0.19 or 0.01 0.01 0.01 0.04 0.09 0.15........or 0.01 0.02 0.04 0.16 0.39 ....... or 0.01 0.01 0.01 0.06 0.12 0.21 0.38......have no regularity at all.

3.distance..You can watch a period of times. I want to copy the ea,because it's really good result in 10 years backtests,also in the live account ,it perform very well. If who have this ability to develope this one, I would like to share with him.thx a lot .

It is really just MACD, the same thing that comes with MT4, you just have to put the settings when you attach it to the chart!

It seems I was wrong, sorry for the confusion, I brought this EA somewhere in 2010, in ranging markets it was the best thing, but as soon as the market starts to go in one direction without retracement this EA will open positions and start to wait for retracement

Some time ago there was an EA with the same methodology, you can search it as Golden auto profit, but in strong trend moves without retracements, the ea will blow the account n may be thats the reason why the author is stressing to have big accounts.

MACD can help you to detect range, it will depend on the time frame, i will post some examples soon, wait..thx)))

Dan, I would advice you to focus on price action strategies, rather than following some indicator based strategies or EA.

If you have time please go through these courses for the starting, it will surely give you some of your own ideas

First one is Intraday Market Flow strategy by Hector De Ville

Second one is Part Time Trading Strategy by Hector De Ville

You can find this stuff on Indo-Investasi, the video lessons can give you some nice insight, but still have to work your way around.

Since I tried forex I alway tried expert advisors, but I found that the are not consistent, fail after awhile, not to mention, that they give different results on backtest, demo, and live, and different with borkers. Now I just want a steady I 20% or so a month, but consistently. Some H4 or D1 strategy? I'm a student, cannot be glued to the screen, so m15 or so stagegies ar not for me.
