Found this ea on the internet, searched here but didnt find that it was shared here, trades on pattern, without any indicator, drawdown is less and so are the trades, anyways good for traders who would like to have 5-10% per month without worrying for ea blowing the account, the ea is educated

hi jay , gonna make just a remark .

 

the ea has nothing in the code that could be affected by time frame. is just randomly buying and selling, and than hedging itself with the obvious martingale . apparently was made for the gpbusd pair , but i assume you could use it on any pair , as long as you are in a range. obviously, as soon as you start trending , it will become very dangerous .

 

As default, the martingale in this one is much more dangerous than in the first one , the only apparent benefit would be you are able to set different gap sizes between trades.

Would you like to share on what time frame and currency pairs are using the EA? if possible your strategy, thx!

I tried it before writing here, wont help...

I won't install MT4 to check it but the built-in period converter should do the trick. You can use it to create any multiple of the standard time frames. Put it on the monthly, choose 3x for the quarterly and open your newly created period as an offline chart.

It looks like a moving average crossover system, which instead of showing moving average shows Arrows, although I was not able to decompile it.

The force index indicator comes by default in MT4, you can see it Indicators>Oscillators>Force Index, as for giving thanks, you have to wait some five posts before the thanks button becomes available to you on the left lower corner

My two cents, so listen, open two Envelopes indicator in metatrader and give the following settings

for envelope one Period 5,Shift 0, Ma method simple , apply to close, with deviation 0.60 and with second envelope same settings with deviation 1.20 use these settings only on DAILY chart and if you want u can put the figures on 1 hour chart and u will get very strong n powerful S/R levels

Best Indicator is Price action, if a trend line break is genuine, u will see that support becomes resistance or vice versa, for more info search for hector's trendline break strategy

EA's never stop unless forcedly removed [by system or user] - there is no legit mechanism to program physically stop of an EA since it is called on every data tick, what I can suggest is use the code from the EA in martin profit n make it sleep till next day comes

I would like to set a profit target in dollars and once the target is reached all trades should be closed and profit taken. For example I set Profit Target to $20 and once trades are $20 in profit all trades must be closed and EA must stop trading. EA must only start trading when it is loaded again. Would be great if it could be made to start trading at 00:00 and once profit made must then stop trading and only start trading again at 00:00...

 

Been running ea for a while now and making $20 each day on $1000 account. works very well but i must disable ea and close trades manually and sometimes i miss the opportunity to do so. Any help greatly appreciated.
