C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc (for Win 32 bits)
 
and in 64 Bit W7 or higher, also to:
 
C:\windows\sysWOW64
 
Then if you have Win10 64 bits, the hosts file must be in these two folders.
 
Then next, write those line above (although it does not have importance where, below also work fine). Save changes. Restart your PC.

The purpose i'm opening a new thread here is to do a comparison between CQG continuum and DTN IQFEED . For the past week, i have traded 6E and here are the screenshot link from Sep21 to Sep25 . Some basics and definitions:

Reading many posts in the past I found, that quite a lot of members have an incorrect assumtions related to the datafeeds and trading software (in this case NT). Simply saying - too idealistic and optimistic in the comparison to the reality...Most of us (if not all) are on the retail level - for sure, not institutional level.
 
IMHO, instead of trying to give you some hints, let's better start from reading the below stuff:
