First, other members here wrote it works on 5M and 15M, not me. Second, other members here wrote it works with EUR/GPB, not me. Third, Alpari UK has 3 day / 5 night pips spread on EUR/GPB, I cannot change it (I will not change broker because of a non-proven bot).

EUR/GBP, 5M, GMT+1 (Alpari UK), max.spread 5, balance: 2000. Backtest: 01.01.2009 - 07.07.2009

First attempt: everything is default, TP 30, SL 35, results graph goes up to 2200 then it loses and loses. It stops around 700.

Second attempt: fixed 0.1 lot per trade, TP 30, SL 35, results are a bit better, it stops around 900. :D

Third one: fixed 0.1 lot, TP 30, SL 100, results are ok, it goes up to 3000 then falls down to 800

Fourth: 0.1 lot, TP 15, SL 200, it goes up to 4200, then falls down to 2100. Well, it's a $100 profit after 7 months, so I can call it a success... :))

Merlin, thank you for the heads up about that article. As I'm interested in trading with WW, I'll read it for sure.

Yes, I don't "dare" to trust in these predictor indicators on lower timeframes, but that wave on 15M was so obvious. :D Unfortunately I have traded it on a demo account.

At the moment I don't have too much money on my live account, that's why I cannot afford too big stop losses. I am forced to look around in the minute timeframes. But I guess M1 and M5 are simply too fast and random for WW. Anyway, I'll also definitely try those out.

As far as I know, the "new" platform will be "just" a bridge between MT4 applications (especially FapTurbo) and DukasCopy's own system.

It means (I have read it somewhere) that "other" MT4 applications also can be operated on DukasCopy with help of this bridge platform.

In my read: MegaDroid Pro is an MT4 application that can be run either on the new bridge platform or in the old MT4 application.

The truth will be known in the next few days.

Yes, I can add them up myself, too. :D That's 4 pairs. But this is the answer I have got from the support.

Now, either they can't count from 1 to 3 or they meant "+3 pairs" beside EUR/USD. We'll see.

Anyway, we have already got our multicurrency version of MD.

I have just got an answer from MegaDroid support.

They said the supported pairs will be: EUR/USD, EUR/CHF, EUR/GBP, USD/CHF

They did not provide informations on the sessions and strategies.

I've read you're using Wolfwave_Nen_Impr. Are you using this indicator with default settings or tweaked it to fit every timeframe you're watching? Would you share your settings with us, please?

I have tried the original WolfeWave_nen[1] indicator on EUR/USD, M15 thursday and spotted a wave which brought over 600 pips overnight. I think I get it how to spot out these waves, but as I see the indicator sometimes having problems with it. If I tweaking settings, then it shows different waves on the same timeframe. Which is not good, I think. That's why I'm asking for settings.

I have no this kind of problem. I have tried it with the built-in gridsystem example. It found the metatrader/experts directory then placed the mq4 file there and compiled it to mx4. No errors were occured.

I have got a Vista Ultimate system, 4 GB RAM, AMD 6000+ CPU etc. I don't know what causes the crash in your case.

Maybe there is a conflict with another software? (antiviruses, antispyware sw used to complain when a new file is being created without their permissions)

I have just asked MegaDroid support about which 3 currency pairs can be traded with the new MegaDroid Pro. I have also asked if these 3 pairs will be traded with a common strategy or each pair has its own system?

I'm awaiting the answer now. :-ss

I'm reading their report about FapTurbo Evolution and MegaDroid Pro, but the new platform is mentioned regarding the new FapTurbo only. And it's "just" a bridge between the MT4 and DukasCopy's platform. So, it becomes possible to run MT4 EA's on DukasCopy. That's why it would be pointless to create a MegaDroid version just for the new platform only.

BTW it says the new MegaDroid Pro will trade 3 currency pairs "around the clock", so not just in Asian session.

Can "our" multicurrency MegaDroid do this? As far as I know, yes. :)

MegaDroid team has just announced the new version of their droid:

It will be called "Forex Megadroid Pro Edition".

Guess what? It will be a multi-currency version which trades on 3 pairs. :))

Yep, I already wanted to ask for this. :)

And a few screenshots with explanations. I don't get the part where you're always T/P and reopen positions before reaching the 1-4 target line. I would think that costs more times the spread instead of openin the position one time and wait until it reaches the target or the final T/P.

The promo site says it can be used for every currency pairs. The manual says: for EUR/GBP only... However it has magic number, so I guess it can be applied to other currencies, too.

The promo site says it is optimized for 2009 "volatile conditions". How true! It produces losses in every other years. :D

BTW if you're using mini or micro lots instead of the default full lot value, then it is "safer". At least by the backtests.

There are two settings among the inputs: buy_orders and sell_orders... Hmmm, I have seen this already before. But where? Hmmm, hmmm, yes! At almost every martingale stuffs!

So, here is my opinion: it's a free EA with some functions blocked, just there was no time or knowledge yet to implement some kind of copy protection.

I would not scare my live account to death with this monster...

BTW the EA does not asks for serial number, account number, receipt code of any kind. But if someone wants to decompile it, then be it so. At least we'll know what EA was cloned... :))

As far as I know "Forex Profit Monster" is a manual system. You can also find it here on the forum somewhere.

About Forex Monster, it seems it's not the usual Martingale crap. Maybe other kind of crap... :))

It is the "FDM Support and Resistance" indicator that slows down the computer so heavily (the one which plots the white asteriskses and updating the fibo on the right).

I have removed it from the template and voilá, my computer is fast as lighting, again. Of course you may replace it to another S&R indicator. Also, with removing the FDM Support and Resistance indicator, the fibo object is also becoming useless (the S&R indicator updated it regularly).
