Guys , I need a quick explanation. about GMT.

Hi y'all!

1.Im living in Israel , which uses GMT+2.

lets say I see on a particular site that it will open at 7:00 PM , GMT 00:00

, and close at 4:00 Am , GMT 9:00

How do I convert these , to the time of my countrey which is GMT+2 ? ? ?

2.Oh and also , i have been told that one tv program starts at 5pm EST , in what time does it starts at my country (Israel) which is GMT +2???

Well, I'm GMT -10 hours way out here in Hulaville.

EST is GMT -4 hours, so you are 6 hours ahead of EST. I think. :post-69220-1110229459:
