Ok so the agenda of the 2019 conference became available and I compared to 2017/18 and 2019 seems more interesting because it brings new stuff to the table not covered yet anywhere else, here is the schedule:

So there is a focus on filtering techniques which is good, improving accuracy of P&F charts also good, Wyckoff Mosaic - there is something I haven´t heard before, curious. And tape reading techniques for Wyckoff method also sounds interesting.
