The way to run these programs in Win10 is to run them in WinXP in a virtual machine. The alternative is copy the installed files from each of the programs from the virtual machine and paste them in a Win10 system. I was able to overcome the 16bit restriction for the Classifier, Predictor and NeuroShell 2 programs. Run the setup32.exe after extraction and if at all an error message pops up, ignore and continue. Voila, they get installed.
