it seems that Lic is using port 80. but i have same error.

 

How many instance of Lic do you have? If you have more than one it's normal, you have to close the other one

And be sure to close skype too before starting Lic

I'm sorry, don't know what other problem could be beside that, let's hope someone else will -.-

 

Thanks to Luca who helped me when I faced the same issue. Here you go?:

 

try this:

 

net stop http

 

Then push yes.

It will try to close all listed processes. you need to get message "successfully stopped" on all except for "http service", but that is fine.

If you get an error on other processes than http, repeat the same command (net stop http).

 

Then check with

 

netstat -ano

 

if there is anything on port 80
