Hello, Have you found why it doesn't work Zenfire demo account with MarketDelta?

 

I got it to work but I don't have 2 logins to Zenfire so I can either run Market Delta or I can run Ninja but not both at the same time.

I have an zenfire account without using NT I can not work with MD

No, I just followed the instructions in this thread. Just make sure you download the general purpose software from their site, not the one for Zenfire.

There is MarketDelta Trader and Then MarketDelta Charts( for various data vendors), which one are you referring to?

I've downloaded the files to replace the directory "feedlibs" then marketdelta gives an error and closes, and I don't know what else to try....?

Which data provider are you guys using for MD charts? I tried few data providers and they are asking $145 a month for data feeds. Any help to choose cheaper data provider will be great.

I was using DNTMA okay for a while to backfill the historical data. But suddenly today the DTNMA stops working and I do not have historical data to backfill the chart. Anyone knows how to show the problem. Is it possible that the MD blocks me from accessing the DTNMA?

Looks like DTN patched the hole. I am getting error 20013 Not Authorized when downloading tick data. Was good while it lasted.

Ok..i contacted them...it seems thhy patched the hole...so now is not more possible to get historicalfrom the...you have to subscribe a demo (quote difficult as well) for tow weeks and i don't know after the two weeks if is possible to get more.

So..at first i ask if you have an alternative.. or if is possible to get a subscription and share that throught us...

How you guys have been using DTN IQ feed so far? patched DTN IQ Feed? without data feed market delta will not back fill historic data and it is useless.

I think it should still work with subscribe (paid) DTNIQ feed. It no longer works with free DTNMA. That means you have to fork out 80-100 bucks per month to subscribe to DTNIQ feed. Can anyone using the patched software version with paid DTNIQ feed here confirm?

LoL, if you read the thread you would have found 10.6.8 patch. It's been out for ages. Might want to search for it, and the dtn on 10.6.8 is not working either.

Hi westvleteren, I'm trying with paid DTN but it can't work. I use zenfire for real time. So I launch IQLink Laucher and the connection is ok, then I open MarketDelta and realtime data is ok, but when I try to download historical data from MarketDelta the same error (20013) appears. What's the mistake? Thanks

Hi Laski,

 

The error 20013 seems not related to Market Delta as it is not mentioned on their knowledgebase. A search on Google shows that 20013 is often related to some internet connection issue. I am no technician so I can not help you. Also I do nto have the experience you have. Perhaps others in this thread are better able to help you. You may consider to download historical data in e.g. Ninjatrader or other package with the DTN feed you have and see if that works or not. Ensure you use MD 10.6.8 patched. I am sorry I can not give you the solution on the spot due to my technical restrictions.
