She is using secondary progressions. One day represents one year. The position of the moon 28 days after birth should correlate to the 28th year.

Olga herself has answered in the same book (An Introduction to the Astrological Trading Methods
of W. D. Gann) where I asked the question, but for the moon it is 29.5 days and not the moon 27.32 and that made me a little suspicious:

((That is, the Synodic cycle of the Moon is 29.5 days (from New Moon to New Moon) and
Saturn takes 29.5 years to complete a revolution of the Sun as Gann explains. Using a
method Astrologers call Secondary progressions, where a day equals a year, you can see
how the Moon and Saturn share the same vibration.))

The reason why I asked this question is because Olga herself in one of the tutorials has based the movement of the moon on the movement of 13 minutes and 20 seconds (one day), and that is the same cycle of 27.32

I knew that for each degree you can use one year for  one planets or all planets, that is, it doesn't matter how long your cycle is, for example, Jupiter's cycle is 12 years, you can move all planets forward by one day or one week or even one year for each degree

 I even know this. In one of the books I read, Capricorn and Aquarius were described as the beginning of human creation. Anyway, what I'm really looking for is to understand the cycles of the Hi - Low  ...Hi -Low Moon cycle  and their methods.

And what I don't understand is the relationship between the lunar cycle and the nakshatras and the numbers, which there is no source for on the internet.

There is even a book that explains the order of the planets in the houses of the nakshatras, for example, from the 1st house, Ketu, Venus, Sun, Moon, Mars, Rahu, Jupiter, Saturn, and Mercury. But I don't understand the relationship between the lunar cycle and the nakshatras in the market, and the creation  Hi -Low cycle of the market.
