Cannot be decompiled because it was compiled with mt4 build 600+. Until today there is no decompiler based on new mt4 new build. Use notepad+ (google it) free tool to examine ex4 file. If first 2 letter starting with EX... means it was compiled with the latest mt4 build 600+. If first 3 letters starting with EX4, then it is compiled with old mt4 build 500+.
