The website is closed, no new registrations accepted. Without a manual .... the whole thing is just a riddle. Do you earn money with this tool ? You can use offline data, just download datas from an EOD data provider (such as a Yahoo Finance) with a data downloader like HQuotes then covert the data into ASCII or Metastock format.
