You can test them on all currency pairs especially low range currency such as EURCHF any time frame. I hope you can find these files useful. It is O.K, I meant to present ilan1.6 to here and other EAs are just side gift " side dish". You can use it on anytime frame with default settings. If you are using 5 digit broker I think you need to add 0 to some variables like Stop loss, Take profit ....etc. I will post my backtest and settings whenever I can. Hi, You can control your risk based on the start lot. If you start with 0.1 and steplot =10 pips, and multiplier =2, it might reach 50%, but how much would it give you at the end??? from 10K I got almost 230K in 10 months with 51%DD. I know it is high, but you still didn't find best settings yet. anyways, if you think these EAs are too risky, can you find me Masyuk V3 , and I promise you to get around $500 a month using this ea. Its not free anymore. hxxp://[email protected]/forex If people are interested in this sort of EAs, I say IM scalper is the best...It turned my 10k account to 80 K in a week and guess what lost 50K next week...all on demo of course. I never trade live with these sort of gambling EAs. IM scalper and zac fighter are great, but the code is poorly written and has a lot of bugs, since my coding abilities are poor, I cant do much about it. It converts 2K to 64K in 10 months. The problem is that DD is about 85%....maybe it is too high for you :) . OK, the DD didn't happen at the beginning of the test, but when a strong trend took place. Here is my settings. You can reduce the lot size for both Sell and Buy since they are separated, which is actually big advantage of ilan EA. http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/3609/double1m2kto64k.gif also, here are two set files. One convert 2K to 40K and other one to 64K. The highest one made around 3208%. You should know by yourself which one fits your needs. I can't recommend you any specific one because your needs are different from my needs. I'm an aggressive person; I like to take even a very high risk and I have no problem with that. If I know 90% that this EA is going to make 7K from 1K in one night with high risk, I would go for it without hesitation. My way is weird, but worth it. When I could make such money, I take out 1K from whatever I made, and then go with changing the risk from time to time according to my understanding for the market. " This is actually a tip". Sneed Posted November 25, 2009 Report Share Posted November 25, 2009 Re: All ilan EA versions. I've been using Ilan 4,5,6 for over a year and notice that when a stop loss is entered, it gets ignored. According to the developer, a stop loss defeats the purpose. One of the problems I have with it is that it trades on the trend of the previous bar. So, it will go long, for example, because the previous bar was an uptick, but the next bar can be a 1 week down trend, and empties your account. It might be better if it can look at other factors, such as being over sold or over bought, before going into a trend trade. The RSI version is a little better, it doesn't drain your account as fast. But, all that said, it is still an addicting EA, and I continue to play with it on live and demo accounts. The best luck I have had with it is to do manual trading with it. I let it run automatically on a trend, then when it approaches a resistance level, I turn it off to see if the trend reverses. When I am in a gambling mood, I put it on a 1 minute TF. But, so far I have found no settings that I trust it with to run by itself, for more than a few hours. [-O< Hi again, I'm wondering 39 people have been to this thread and no one said "thanks".
