Deleting the links wont punish the people who have already downloaded and didn't leave you kudos.

I've had some issues with CopierNinja: it opens all trades, but when trades are closed on slave, the master does not close them.

I had exactly the same problem, so I stopped testing it.

I have found a bug in the Copier Ninja software. It is to do with the scaling of positions. It is difficult for me to begin to explain because the terminology of 'Master' & 'Slave' are used in reverse in the pdf instructions of Copier Ninja. I think most would agree that the 'Master Account' is the account in which trades are being placed and copied from, and the 'Slave Account' is the account in which the trades are being copied to. I will explain the problem using these definition although it is the opposite of the pdf instructions and how the files are named.

 

The problem is this, say I want to multiply the trades in the master account by a factor of 0.6. If I place a trade in the master account of .06 lots, a trade is copied in the slave account of 0.04 - this is correct & what I would expect.

The problem arises when closing that trade, as it will close 0.03 lots in the slave account and leave 0.01 lots open.

0.06 x .6 = 0.036

It appears the copier rounded up to 0.04 on the entry and rounded down to 0.03 on the exit, leaving 0.01 lots dangling.

It is worth noting that I did not start getting the problem until I increased my lot size in the master account from 0.05 to 0.06 lots. There is no rounding of 0.05 x .6 as the answer is exactly 0.03

 

I would be grateful if someone is able to take a look at the code and sort this error out. I'm sure it's simple but I do not code at all.

Cazador, can you possibly re-upload these file I cannot get the links to work there are all kinds of popups, can you possibly use an alternative file host such as 4shared?

Maybe I am out of line here as I am pretty new also but your post raised some issues with me.

This is a sharing forum it's not a place to sell a discounted copy of your EA so it helps you out.

There are many members here that have paid for systems to be shared on the Forum I don't know why it's a issue with you..

Then perhaps you should find another forum. Many members here have paid over $1,000.00 for other programs and have shared unselfishly here. This forum is for sharing not for simply taking.

i just noticed this issue. please share or it could be viewed as soliciting.

 

while we do not allow public group purchases of EAs, there is nothing to stop those that have stated their interest in grouping together to purchase EAs to share. i know i have been part of such groups in the past.
