DMI is the Directional Movement Index & ADX is the Average Directional Movement Index. You may combine the ADX/DMI onto one study. Make the ADX line white in color, the PDI line red, and the MDI line green. The primary purpose of the Average Directional Movement Index (ADX) is to determine whether a market is trending or range trading. When a new potential trend is identified, we combine the ADX with the Directional Movement Index (DMI) in an attempt to generate buy and sell setups to catch the trend. PLZ I don't know if your talking about the same indicator, but Average Directional Movement Indicator is an MT4 default indicator so it's already included in MT4.
