shithil
The K-Line is a modified version of macd 12,26,9 They take out the signal line and left only the MACD line The parameters to 11,25 which is 1 value faster then the standard macd. Then because he called Keanne Lee, so this modified MACD named after him and therefore K-Line. :D No choice, in the forum, ppl said you sell system, cannot anyhow take other ppl indicators, (eg. liked the GRBB modified from Snake Indicator), So he was forced to come out his own design. :)) :)) :)) dear friend , i dont know how to formulate this to metastock .. can you pls help.. aleast with these parameter , tell me how to plot the macd on volume chart..? k-line is most important tool in t3b systems.. Hi Shithil, I no longer using Metastock. Based on my memory, try this out: 1. Create the Volume Window 2. Goto the indicator builder, create a macd1line script and add the following statement: Mov(C,11,E) - Mov(C,25,E); 3. drag the macd1line onto volume window That it. The most important tool is discipline. Next is your Money Management. I rather you use the standard MACD() will do. There is very little different between the 2 parameter setting. MACD and signal lines are better visualisation than that. Also books and meida can find in this forum to apply easily. KelvinHand
but the macd of chartnexus is base on price or volume? I think k line is based on volume and macd of chartnexus is based on price,am i right? So sorry, I was not been able to reply in this forum quite a long time due to some issue. MACD in t3b and chartnexus are the same. t3b superimpose macd on the volume in matastock and they also ask chartnexus to program for t3b student. In such, the chartnexus allow t3b student to trade multiple stocks/others from different countries. The free charting, you cannot do anything. Hi Kikoo, If you know the date, just search and changed the date to higher date value such as 2999 etc will do I think there are few locations to change. If not, then show me the script that show the time limit Edited June 20, 2011 by KelvinHand
