In the list of editing boxes above the post content box, go to the last box, next to the box that resembles an I Ching hexagram (labeled "Insert Horizontal Line"). This last box looks blank, has no symbols on it, but if you hover your mouse over it, you'll see two boxes labeled (1) "Wrap Actually, I don't even know what #2, an tag is, let's find out.... Ah, it's a cross-through, was wondering where that was! The Mysterious S tag!

As I said earlier, "It looks like editing a post to insert or revise a link in it, or editing a post more than once, can cause it to be disapproved." Therefore, I would recommend first writing out your post in a text file and checking it, then copying and pasting that content into the post box. That way your post won't be "disapproved" because you tried to edit it afterwards.

I cannot even reply to pm's today, the "post reply" button is inactive, and it's difficult anyway because the ads block the box that you write in.

The forum's private messaging system does not show message capacity, whether one's pm box capacity is full or close to it, which obviously is a major flaw. One may not be able to receive messages and not even know it!

Of course there are other factors that can affect the connection: browser security, ad blockers, etc.

Believe it depends on one's internet connection speed: no issues on my very high speed desktop connection but problems on the lower speed connections I've used. This is no doubt caused by all the ads on this site. If you want to make access difficult for your forum's members, load your site up with ads like this one, it takes a lot of bandwidth to load so much advertising.

Some of the problems with the messaging system that were mentioned are sporadic, but consistent ones are: (1) One cannot tell how many messages are in one's box, and therefore if one is approaching or has met one's message quota (if you have, you can no longer send or receive messages). (2) Received and sent messages are combined in the same thread, and these threads are stored in both one's Inbox and Sent folders. Someone could reply to a message you've sent and you won't know it because you weren't notified of their reply. Overall it's about the clumsiest message system I've ever seen, like a clunky version of Gmail.

There are way too many ads on the site, they are blocking threads, and it's hard to avoid clicking on them while attempting to open a thread or post.
