I have been using the DemoRithmic datafeed for over 10 years, first with NT7 (demo) and now with NT8 (demo) and it works perfectly.

I have a quick question about Rithmic's demo data feeds. I'm currently using a free Rithmic demo account just for fun not real trading and on my NT8 DOM I can see 10 levels of working orders (10 on the bid / 10 on the ask). Can this be considered actual Level 2 data, or is it a limited version because it's a demo? Does the standard Rithmic demo feed include full Level 2 market depth ?

you are right, anyway MT4/MT5 has CFD data (AMP MT5 has futures data unfortunately jagged) so from my side useless....If I have to use EOD data I prefer to use only the supertrend and I don't need an additional platform (obviously my opinion)

Thanks for sharing, DT! It's a powerful tool, but I feel like it's a trap for overpriced data subscriptions? It's like buying a cheap printer and finding out the ink costs a fortune. 😁 The need for specialized and expensive data feeds like eSignal or IQFeed makes the total cost of ownership much higher than expected. I'm talking about using it in RT. As for EOD, we can use MS data.

Feel free to ask whatever you want... If you're referring to NT8 add-ons, I’ve been testing a few at random, but I’ve scrapped them all........ I'm aware indicator isn't enough to predict the future, but having those colored lines or not having them makes zero difference

Besides all that, make sure to play with target and stoploss, as the default comes with like 8 ticks of stoploss. That is, nuts, to me. Especially if you trade NQ. 

Of course, I've tried adjusting some settings and searching for tutorials, but without success. I don't typically trade on futures (or rather, I only do so with government european bonds), but I enjoy exploring NT8 add-ons

is working but won't connect to Rithmic data feed.....anyway I suspect Rithmic is no longer compatible with release 7 . Working now only with new NT8

How did you handle this? Did you ditch version 7 and all its add-ons to move to version 8, or did you find a workaround to keep getting Rithmic data ?

Not really. Try it with the Kissorderflow DLL and you'll see you can't get that kind of indicator... you're welcome to prove me wrong, though, just as a teaching exercise

Me too....I wanted to try it for fun but in addition to working ambiguously even after deleting it the spark plugs are never the default ones....I had to uninstall NT8 and reinstall it

Then I don't understand when you write that it doesn't work in NT8. Where would it work?

This platform is unusual; let's just say the EOD part is basically zero-cost (referring to the cracked version, obviously), while for the Real-Time side,  you have to rely on expensive providers like IQFeed or IB.

There doesn't seem to be an option—or at least I'm not aware of one—to get everything for free, like you can with Rithmic or similar feeds for NinjaTrader.

That setting is on by default (at least it is in my case) but it still requires a license

AB 7PRO is working well and runs without any license errors. However, AmiQuote still limits my downloads to 10 items, even though I replaced the executable and registry keys with the cracked release courteously shared by Atomo. I thought the hosts file might be the issue, but AB works regardless of those modifications. What could be causing this limitation ?

I don't use NT8, but I once tried cleaning the new KOF dll just for fun, though I wasn't successful. So, I tried to understand the differences between the old clean dll and the new obfuscated/protected one. Once the new clean version was released, I noticed some changes in the default chart layout; personally, I think the old layout (old dll) is better.

You're probably confused by the basic model of ChatGPT, as with other AIs. The free versions are often incomplete or use outdated architectures. If you haven't tried the latest Pro versions, you're missing out on the truly "intelligent" part.

This dude, named Joey, is the same dude that used to trade with his Polarity ATI stuff. I guess, as time goes by, he has moved on to these Timeless stuff. 

Why dont you just make your own bot, using just SuperTrend and have a target of 20 ticks and a stoploss of 40 ticks.

Just add an additional criteria to the strategy. Only enter signal for long if price is above 50 or 200EMA and vice versa, only enter signal for short if price is below.

You would hit your 20 ticks profit in no time. 🤗
