The Goertzel algorithm is a digital signal processing (DSP) technique related to the fast fourier transformation that doesn't work either as an indi

The 2 colors should show whether price is expected to go higher or lower

here it is, but the indi is recalculating the last abt. 100k bars (value can be set by "flat_bars")

At least the arrow indi repaints

Can't you just multiply the ma period?

A 50 daily ma becomes a 300 on H4 and a 1200 on H1 and so on

There will probably be a limit how high you can set the period

Don't know whether it equals to the pip but should work

This indi is just a waste of time...period.

you can't call a script with mql

but there are already EAs that are working with (trend)lines

try google

one of them is something like OrdereaLine...could be from forex-tsd

don't know whether it's only working with horizontal lines or trendlines also

The code of your basket script would have to built into the EA

they are talking about 4 market phases during a trading day

looks like asia/frankfurt/london/ny

On their website you can see a marked high/low of the asian session

If it's a pure breakout strategy it probably won't work

The problem with these extreme levels is that you don't get enough trades in that area to compensate for the high ATR Days where price doesn't care about R3/S3 and just blows through

Why would you close a position @19pips profit and immediately open a new one same direction again paying the spread?

Wouldn't it be the same to let the position run and only add to the position that's in a loss?

open a demo account @oanda

you can then open a 5sec chart in a seperate window and move this window into your running mt4 platform

much easier and more accurate than any simulation

disadvantage is that each time you click on the mt4 area the 5s chart disappears

but if you are trading Tony's method you're only interested in LON/NY open and could open the mt4 order window beforehand and then move the 5s chart into your mt4 area

It's the problem with searching...

in some cases you don't want see your thread come up on google for a reason
