Well, install AB from the package --- don`t launch it (unhook the "launch now" option), just close it. Open the amibroker folder, open the "crack"folder of the archive, move the files brokey, broker and aflwiz to the the root of the amibroker folder (overwrite the existing ones), move the file Quote from the "crack" folder to the subfolder "Amiquote" within the Amibroker folder.

 

That`s it. You can now start the program. Don`t try to install any of the updates (betas on the amibroker site).

Remember: The (included) version of Amiquote can remain unregistered. It will work fine.

 

But: The included version of AFLwizard (even the cr**ed you use to override the original) works, but won`t save.

 

Therefor look at: Brokey..4..AmiBrokerDotblogspotDotde ..4.. to be replaced by For

To make it really useful it should inlude Amiquote with a cr§§§ based on joint installation on same machine.

is there any efficient way to get mt4 data in real-time into amibroker with back fill other than csv?

i saw a mt4 data plugin but cant find it anywhere.

Is there much difference between AmiBroker 5.90 and AmiBroker 6.00?

You will notice, that the difference between 5.98 and 6.00 is not big.

If you have educated 5.90 you can easily update to 5.98!!!!! Just download the update setup of 5.98 Beta.
