It works now for me.

I have the same problem where the rows of button shown in the picture by admin no longer appears. It was there in the beginning after the website was upgraded but disappeared after a week or so.

It happened to me before. But then I realized that when I logged in, I did not tick the box "Remember Me". It was ok after I ticked the box. Perhaps this may help.
