There are some differences between live and demo account. I think demo for new trader (learner), and live for trader want to learn and gain profit.

Can I start trading with as little as 25 dollars?

Some brokers have minimum deposit as $5 (even $1), so I think you can trade with $25. However, I have read some posts from experienced traders, they advice we should deposit at least $300 to trade. Because the minimum lot trade is 0.01. With $300, you can stay in the market with 300 pips. Some pairs suddenly appear on Monday with 100-200 pips distance from the last position. Sorry for my English but I recommend if you want to get started in trading and gain profit, $100 or above are good. Below that amount, just keep in my you're learning.

I have got in that case few times. I got TP for 8/10 trades but profit still was negative. Since with each trades, I put TP very short and SL very far. So when my trades reach TP, I get a little money but when my trades reach SL, I lose about 3-4 times than TP money.

With 2 trades lose per 10 trades, summary I got lose. So the best is get TP for all trades (but it's impossible).

Too many brokers out there. Just try demo-account first then open a micro-account there, after trying for few months. I think you would know which is good for you.

EUR/USD is my favourive pair, and I'm only trading with it since I think EU and US's economies are my concerns.

I totally agree with your opinion, uncle! A lot of trader come into Forex and treat it as a easiest business ever. They trade without knowledge, skill, experience,... They're gambling and sure they would lose, soon or long...
