Tom Dante has a great video on youtube about creating a demon list. i suggest you to watch that and follow the tips. it really helps. AND the f***ing journaling helps a lot. i was against it all my trading years (6+) but in last year i have started to do it and it helps to see the weak points in my trading and because of that i have created my A+ setup which has a very very high success rate and when i see that i took way bigger position size and for most of the cases it works out well. i have also punishment rules if i do revenge trading and with that, you are more conscious when you are about to enter in revenge trade so then you can prevent it more easily.
i also need to work more on the exits and for keeping trades longer, but from my journal i see that i have 60% of the time good exits on profitable trades, before it was waaay lower so now its even more challenging to increase the % of the perfect exits.
and the usual stuff- workout and meditation helps a lot (at least for me)

    p.s.
there will be always another trade so no point of being pissed about missing a good trade.

Rubberband man is not a setup, just a metaphor for gauging momentum of the pullback. Urban Forex has no trade setups, it´s a discretionary method. Yeah you identify a peculiar price design (the V formation after the pullback ends, then the money spot after it), but it´s not a setup , it gives you an area where to make the trade decision, called the money spot. Once you learn how to read the flow, it becomes easy to see it. Then you can use whatever entry trigger you prefer, a simple trendline break is an easy example. If you treat like pattern trading you gonna fail, there are nuances to the V formation, also you have to be in the correct territory and also perform correlation analysis to give a strength score for each currency, plus fundamentals. Nothing deep in fundamentals, just create table "strong vs weak" and assign the currencies according to the economic calendar result, I only check high and medium impact. If you have bad news for a currency, add it to the "weak" column and consider it weak til price turns around (if news is bad and price is in a downtrend, if it starts an uptrend you can consider the news expired). And of course there is the VSA analysis on top of all that.

I am not being able to add more people to the same conversation. I Was able to do it only one time, but there is as 5 people limit.

I tried opening another conversation with more 5 people, but even using the auto complete function of the messenger I get the error "invalid node id specified"

Also, please remove the 30 second wait between messages, it is very annoying... I now have to send PMs to almost 30 people and wait 30 seconds between messages.

I don´t understand this limitation, for the search engine too the same 30 second wait. Wasn´t it a limitation from the old forum system? Why inherit that?

Woven together concepts from PsychFX, Wyckoff 2.0 book and our classic VSA:

Now just for fun and using the same area of image "B", I did not find any good price support level to draw and try to "catch" that reversal that happened, then I thought about drawing a volume profile on the congestion zone to the left and voilla, produced a HVN from where price sprung perfectly:

not the easiest strategy, but if you study it well, you will be awarded for sure. I would suggest you to study it in parts, first really understand one concept and see it on charts many times (create a folder with many screenshots of the setup) between switching to another, lets say start with springs and upthrusts and remember its important to know where they happen, the background is always vital. Read David Weiss book -trades about to happen and watch Gary Dayton videos.

    p.s.
and dont listen to people who says no point of looking at volume in FX as its not centralized and so on... many research has proven (and many traders who trade only FX by using fX vol) that there are 90% correlation to real vol. ...the important part is to understand the concepts well.

    Very nice trader psychology presentation.

I noticed Dr. Gary is doing a new course with this exact same topic, so I am thinking the course is going a bit more deeper and with more examples than this webinar.

I also use the cumulative delta, but just as "cherry on cake", it doesn´t drive my trading decisions (those are based on price, volume, structure and setup).

I think VSA is just beautiful, look how clear you can read this chart with only price, volume and a simple line (and I added the cumulative delta as bonus so you can see how there is a negative delta divergence).

Check the very high volume down bar to the left from where I extended a line from it´s low. When price revisits this area, it gets capped. Now I can merge the volume of those bars that have high volume and are next to each other, kind of inside each other, I See that as one bar with very high volume. I marked with small lines the bars that I merged and you can see the volume they would have, see how they are massive, it is so clear that price is being capped at that level, with massive bearish Effort Vs. Result. See how the high of those massive volume bars "coincide" with the low of the high volume bar to the left.

This here happened a bit earlier than previous image, but same concept applies. I merged the volume of the four bars to the left (they were all inside the high volume down bar), look how the volume would be colossal. Then price revisits the high of that bar to the tick, with low volume (no demand), narrow range bar with some bearish effort vs result and collapses, then gives two nice shorting opportunities.
