He describes the methods as Macro (Swing Trading?), Comfort(Trend following trades), and Sniper (Scalping?). I have applied these to a SIM trading chart on an edu NT8 and have made several Scalping trades with some profit consistency. This is a discretionary trading system, so screen time is required, but the number of trades available in the first couple of hours may meet your daily goal. I don't know enough about it to teach/guide anyone, I believe its worth a try.
