REQ - NT8 EDU Trader Dale Volume Profile and VWAP

I would appreciate if someone can re-upload the NT8 EDU Trader Dale Volume Profile and VWAP.

 

I'm able to use Telerik but must be doing something wrong cleanning and patching the file. Can someone give it a try and educate these files? Thanks!
