Problem with new account registration

I HAVE A PROBLEM

 

I HAVE A FELLOW TRADER THAT CANNOT REGISTER TO THE WEBSITE because the website keeps saying that he put the WRONG answer in for the "random question."

 

You have a "random question" that says:

what are the first and second letters of the word forex in upper case

 

The answer has to be:

F O

or

FO

 

Because those are the 2 first and second letters of the word FOREX.....

 

But your system keeps rejecting the answer.

How can he create a new account if we can't answer that question.

 

HE NEEDS TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT AT THIS FORUM >>> BECAUSE HE HAS A PROGRAM that he paid $8798 dollars for!!! and the creator wants to CANCEL HIS LICENCE because the fellow trader gave him some criticism and the creator went crazy and insane and threatened to ban him and cancel his licence!! :O

 

Is there something wrong with registering new accounts to the forum? What is going on?

 

I need your programmers to fix the software so we are not dependent on insane software creators.

 

PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
