Die Range-periode muss vor der Range-brekout perioden enden

Whats mean?

Thanks to IMFM for giving us the heads up on this indicator and thanks also to aotegaoteg for uploading the original and laser1000t and scorpionidain for educating it.This is a useful indicator to use when you notice price is beginning to trend in sideways range,especially during news and you have no idea where it will breakout to.This indicator is as good as Ninza's Sidewayz indicator that sells for USD120

This Indicator looks absolutely useful but all the writing are in German.I cant even copy paste it from ninjatrader to know what options are.Can anybody just write in English what are the main options ?
