How E-books sessions are organised?

Hi guys,

 

I am relatively new to this forum, and realized that there are 4 sub-forums for E-books. "Trading Magazines" is self-explanatory; "Ebook Request" I supposed is for us to post request. If someone share it subsequently, will it be automatically removed, and go to other sub-forum? Any seniors can enlighten us?

 

Now come to the last 2 sub-forums. How do we decide which of "Important Books" or "Ebooks Palace" to post, if we have something to share?
