INFO: Help Multicharts 9.1

I would like to know if here there is someone use CQG data feed linked to MC 9.1.

 

When I request the login credential and compile the form in this page http://www.ampclearing.com/multicharts.html I get a username/password not for MC 9.1 but working only in Ninjatrader.
