The type or namespace name 'Speech' does not exist in the namespace 'System' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

The type or namespace name 'SpeechSynthesizer' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

 

I can comment these, but if you have supporting files, could you please share them, so I compile them together?

you need to add speech dll to ref dlls.

You will need to add a reference to the location of the DLL. Right mouse click in an indicator and select references, click on "add" then navigate to:

 

C:\Program Files\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\v3.0\System.Speech. dll and click the OK button.
