[Req] Plot indicator on Price chart ?

Does anyone have any indicators which is plotted on Price such as the RSI at this site protradingindicators.com/tradestation-indicators/dig-predictive-rsi ?

 

Any indicators in any language, any information will be appreciated.

PS. More like this mql5.com/en/code/8109 but I need one indicator in NT7 for example.
