Problem with UTB's

I installed the UTB's and this is what I get when I try to load a chart.

 

The bars show up in the menu ..... it says the data is loading ... then shows the instrument and and that is should show the bars I selected but the chart does not populate.

 

Has anyone had a similar problem or a similar problem with other types of bars?

 

I have loaded other types of bars and they work fine.

 

Any help is appreciated.
