Indiart
nt8 will educated files from nt7 still work with the new nt8? Absolutely not; indicators, DLLs, even data format are different. It'll take time to make all work. http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum/ sinox, traderin and Traderbeauty
trellis
Yes, they'll have to be modified, but it won't be difficult for those in the know - which doesn't include me. traderin and Traderbeauty 2 Quote Trellis

Interesting assumption (bolded by me) expressed by someone who knows nothing about it, but sounds definitely like an expert...X_X newbie0101 and traderin

admis
admis, what's your thoughts? On the final conclusions let's better wait for the final version...I'm not really excited about NT8. Don't forget about the huge "set of assets", which we've collected during last few years. Naked NT8 won't be very attractive for me. A new Agile protection is for now safe and you can't expect soon new educated stuff. I feel, I'm not a good "statistical sample". As I think, nowadays, people rather prefer wrapping than content (case of: Win10, blind faith in each colorful indicator - just two examples). So, too early to judge the new NT8 - let's wait. Anyway NT7 is still alive and I'll stay with it. ⭐ ESVepara, forexonly, newbie0101 and 2 others
Traderbeauty
Admis lets just hope that we won't be forced to use NT8 solely.

admis
It wasn't an assumption, I spoke to a friend who writes Ninja code and is using the beta version of NT8. You didn't mention that in your previous post. I think, it's always worth to be precise, at least, to omit misunderstandings. tryitagainmf

Anyone has any ideas or info on this ? Take care all and thanks
